We provide Balancing Air Flow begins with the Air Handling Unit, whether it be a Rooftop unit, a Split System or Packaged system. We test the proper amount of air from the unit to the supply or return grilles. Once this is established, each individual grille is measured and balanced accordingly.

We provide Duct Air Leakage Testing (DALT) which is a cost-effective method of potentially reducing an owner’s overall cost of operation. Testing is performed to maximize efficiency in an air handling system while minimizing the energy used to heat and cool an area.

We provide water TAB services, ensuring that our clients have proper flow through hydronic equipment, condensing and evaporating coils, and any piping throughout their HVAC systems. We test pumps, boilers, chillers, and cooling towers, as well as chilled-water and hot-water coils for HVAC systems, ensuring that all units are operational, efficient, and outputting the proper pressure of temperature-controlled water for the system at hand.

We can perform non-invasive, ultrasonic testing for water piping that has no built-in ports for standard measuring devices. This type of testing can be very useful for existing systems with an unknown quantity of water flow.
